This community message board is a space for you to ask questions, share experiences and explore topics related to workplace mental health, wellbeing and learning.
You don’t need to be enrolled in a course to take part – this forum is open to the public. Whether you’re here to connect, reflect or get curious, there’s space for you.
Some areas, such as the First Aid for Mental Health course discussions and First Aid Room, are only available to enrolled learners – but the rest of the community is open for everyone to explore and contribute to.
To get started, head over to the “Meet & Greet and General Chat” – https://courses.mentalhealthscot.land/discuss/meet-greet
We’d love to hear what brings you here and what you’re interested in.
• Be respectful and considerate of different views and experiences.
• Don’t share personal or identifying information – yours or anyone else’s.
• Keep discussions confidential wherever possible.
• Only post your question once – if others don’t reply, a moderator will respond within 3 days.
• It’s okay to disagree – just do it kindly. Focus on ideas, not individuals.
• Don’t post anything offensive, abusive or inappropriate, including hate speech or strong language.
• Keep it clean – no obscene or sexually explicit content.
• No trolling, harassment, impersonation or spam.
• Respect this space – help us keep it welcoming and inclusive for all.
Click the purple envelope icon at the top right of the message board to report anything concerning.
Moderators help guide the space and keep things safe, but this is your community too. If you see something that doesn’t feel right, don’t engage – just report it.
NOTE: To maintain our community, moderators may remove content or accounts at any time. Posts are not pre-moderated, and MHScot is not responsible for user-generated content.
We’re always looking to improve this learning space – both in terms of content and how the platform works.
If you notice any technical issues with videos, images, links or content, or if you spot any errors, please let us know. We also welcome suggestions about topics you’d like to see more (or less) of.
You can contact us through the platform, or email us at hello@mentalhealthscot.land.
We’re looking forward to learning, connecting and growing together.
Catherine Eadie
