For some, it’s about hitting the gym and eating healthy. For others, it’s spending time with loved ones, reading a good book, or taking a well-deserved nap. And sometimes, it’s about binge-watching an entire season of a show while lounging in your comfiest pjs or eating nachos in your bed!

Self-care can be:

• A long walk in nature
• Journaling your thoughts and feelings
• Cooking your favourite meal
• Saying “no” to plans and simply recharging
• Meditating or practicing mindfulness
• Treating yourself to a spa day
• Taking a break from social media

There’s no “right” way to do it - whatever soothes your soul and helps you feel restored is what counts.
