I’m Catherine Eadie, founder of MHScot. For over 10 years we’ve helped workplaces build practical, people-first approaches to mental health. Our training focuses on honest conversations, clear next steps and kinder ways of working, not tick-box compliance. As a social enterprise, we reinvest profits into community support so more people benefit.
