Building on the foundational Awareness course, this qualification takes a deeper look at how social and environmental factors - including stress, relationships, academic and workplace culture - affect mental wellbeing. You’ll explore the First Aid Action Plan for mental health and develop the confidence to offer appropriate, compassionate support.
This course is rooted in the social model of mental health, placing context, culture and connection at the centre of your learning. It’s especially relevant in education and workplace settings where early support and relational awareness make all the difference.

What to Expect
- The course runs across three weeks
- Two live, interactive Zoom sessions (1.5 hours each) with your course facilitator
- Minimum 6 hours of flexible self-paced learning via our online learning platform
- A short assessment (approx. 40 minutes) completes the course
- You’re welcome to complete the course in under three weeks if your schedule allows
