    Building on the foundational Awareness course, this qualification takes a deeper look at how social and environmental factors - including stress, relationships, academic and workplace culture - affect mental wellbeing. You’ll explore the First Aid Action Plan for mental health and develop the confidence to offer appropriate, compassionate support.

    What to Expect

    • The course runs across three weeks
    • Two live, interactive Zoom sessions (1.5 hours each) with your course facilitator
    • Minimum 6 hours of flexible self-paced learning via our online learning platform
    • A short assessment (approx. 40 minutes) completes the course
    • You’re welcome to complete the course in under three weeks if your schedule allows
