Recognising signs and offering initial support

Identify early signs that someone may be struggling, understand your boundaries, and know how to encourage further help from trained Mental Health First Aiders or support services.

Building awareness in the workplace

Explore how factors like workload, relationships and culture affect wellbeing, and how awareness can help shape safer, more compassionate teams.
