When we found out MHScot had won the Exceptional Customer Satisfaction award at the 2026 Business Awards UK, we were over the moon. A month later, we've had time to sit with it, and it's given us a lot to think about.
Satisfaction isn't something you can manufacture. It comes from genuinely caring about how a learner feels walking out of a session, about whether the content actually sticks, about the real-world difference mental health training can make in a workplace.
This award tells us we're getting that right. But more than that, it's raising the bar for us. Because recognition like this isn't a finish line… it's fuel.
We were also finalists in Best Online Training Service Provider and Best Learning Management System, which is a reminder that the whole picture matters: the content, the platform, and the people behind it.
Cloud 9 is a great place to visit, but we're already thinking about what comes next. 🚀
