Last week The University of Edinburgh’s Bioresearch and Veterinary Services invited us to be part of their Culture of Care Day! We had a fantastic time running a session on Resilience in Communication, where we explored how effective communication can support mental wellbeing and foster a stronger, more connected workplace.

Of course, a special shoutout must go to the absolute stars of the day—the beautiful therapy dogs! 🐶 These incredible animals have a unique way of lifting spirits and easing stress. Research shows that therapy pets can lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and provide a comforting presence that helps us feel more at ease and open.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated - it was a wonderful event, and we’re grateful for the chance to connect and share.
