A new survey from Oak Engage of over 2000 UK employees has found more than 75% admit they have experienced a toxic workplace culture.
A worrying 87% of employees agree that a toxic workplace culture has had a negative impact on their mental health and 73% agree a toxic workplace culture has contributed to their burnout.
