The people responsible for everyone else's wellbeing are often the least supported themselves. Three years of data, nearly 3,000 HR professionals, paint a consistent picture: burnout, anxiety, and 38% considering leaving the profession altogether.

But here's the hopeful part: support genuinely works. HR professionals who felt supported reported significantly lower rates of depression, burnout, and stress-related absence.

The fix isn't asking HR teams to be more resilient. It's actually giving them something to be resilient with.
