I work with SCVO on the goodmoves charity jobs platform and am a member of the organisations Mental Health Champions and Wellbeing groups. I want to use the training to support colleagues and friends and build on my ability to pick up when someone is in need of support and how to approach this with those who aren't speaking out when they need help
