50+ Points First Lesson Complete 10+ Points

Hi All, I am Raj Kaur and I work in the insurance industry at the Phoenix Group in Group Risk as an Operational Risk Manager. I plan on using mental health skills at work as a point of contact for my function. I also would use the skills in my personal life to spot signs of poor mental health or mental illness. Hope to gain useful tips and documents to share with my colleagues.

Welcome @rajvinder-kaur

It's wonderful to know that you intend to put your mental health skills to use in the workplace.

There is a wealth of information that we are able to pass on to others, whether it's focusing on maintaining good mental health and wellbeing or interventions to reduce the impact when people's mental health is starting to decline.

Wishing you well in your ventures and do let us know how you get on and if you need anything.

All the best

Catherine
