Hi everyone, I’m Kathy and i am a Marketing Manager for Cala Homes.
I am very excited to start my Level 3 Mental Health First Aider course, it's a privilege that Cala offer these courses to their employees as it's such a rewarding certificate to have.
I plan on using these skills in my personal and work life, being able to understand everyone’s thoughts and how/why they've got to that certain place. I believe it's important to listen to those who are struggling and with my 'expertise' to then help and guide them with confidence.
