Karen Hedges

Hi, I'm Karen Hedges and I work for Christians Against Poverty as a Debt Centre Manager (DCM) and also as an Area Manager (AM) based in London. As a DCM I work with clients who are struggling with unmanageable debt and in my AM role I oversee a team of frontline workers who are supporting vulnerable people with debt and other life challenges. This training will help me support clients with their mental health challenges as well as helping my team support their clients and manage their own mental well being.
