Jim Ritchie - introduction

Hi, I’m Jim. I work at Skills Development Scotland as a skills investment Adviser (SIA), where I manage training provider contracts for the Modern Apprentice Programme. My role involves overseeing a portfolio of Learning Providers to ensure a high-quality delivery. Having previously served in the armed forces, I have a personal interest in supporting both colleagues and friends through the completion of this qualification.
