Introductions

I'm Joe Czajka and I manage the Scotland Debt Advice Team at Christians Against Poverty (CAP). I'm hoping to use what I learn from this course to better support the client-facing staff I manage, as well as to increase my awareness of how we can better support our clients, all of whom are facing financial difficulties.

It has been lovely working with your team and we hope the training will bolster your team's resilience and their skill in doing such important community work.
