hi everyone, My name is Owen , I am a Project Civil and Structural Engineer for a design consultancy in Edinburgh. I have asked my work to put enrol me in this course as I have experienced first hand what mental health first aid can do to help those who are having a difficult time with their mental health. Having had my own struggles a few years ago and come through the other side of the worst I have already been giving friends and colleagues some first hand understanding and help when going through mental health struggles.
