Hello
My name is Laura Stronach and I also work for Shetland Women's Aid. We work within the third sector, in violence against women and girls. I am the service manager and we have a team of 15 passionate women. I hope to use this training to better support our team, trustees and service users as part of our day to day support and supervision. I am sure that what I learn here will be of benefit beyond the work setting and will be valuable in all area's of my life. Delighted to be a part of this network.
