My name is Ralph and I am currently working in Product Management at Phoenix. When the opportunity to train as a MH first aider came up I was delighted. I am hope to learn skills which would allow me to help others through work and in my volunteer role as boat crew for the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) where we are involved in a lot of MH cases
