Hi, I'm Andy Coley - Speaker & Trainer

Hey,

My name is Andy Coley I'm a professional speaker, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Trainer and Coach and I'm really pleased to be taking the MHFA LV2 course this December.

I work across a range of industries from the Healthcare to Commercial to Retail and the Tech/Computer Gaming and I come across a lot of people who have been MHFA trained in organisations. My main training helps build leadership skills for people who have been promoted into management positions through technical ability but not necessarily through leadership ability.

I plan to use this so that I can understand MHFA better and of course utilise the principles alongside the NLP training and other modalities that I use when coaching people and teams around the UK and world.
