Hi, I'm Cara and I work in Financial Services within operations to make sure we have the appropriate controls in place to manage our risk. With a lot of people within our company still working from home I think it's even more important to be able to offer help for people's mental health and wellbeing. Hopefully knowing there are now trained people they can reach out to will help.
