Hi all,
My name is Brad and I work for a pension company based in Salisbury and Edinburgh. My official job title is a Customer Experience Manager but I spend most of my days running our companies vulnerable customer programme and making sure we can provide flexible support to customers who need it most. Because of this part of my job, a lot of my colleagues come to me for advice and guidance when they or their loved ones are facing different vulnerabilities. I'm really looking forward to taking this course to better help the people around me and learn some great ways that we can also support our customers!
