Hello!

I am Maria, a neurodivergent PhD student in biological science. I have volunteered for one year in an organisation that brings moments of joy to vulnerable communities. I want to become a Mental Health first aider because I understand the importance of receiving the correct support on time. As a student, I would love to combine my experience and the new knowledge I will gain with this training to guide people to the support they need at the right time.
