The solution isn’t mocking or blaming them. It’s leadership that models real conversations, fosters mentorship, designs spaces for human connection, coaches rather than commands, and makes psychological safety a daily practice.
AI isn’t the enemy – performative culture is. Let’s build workplaces where people don’t need tricks to simply be heard.
